I'm back now, trying to make a lifestyle change. I was 123kg 2 weeks ago, and im now 116kg. The diet and exercise routine I have now is so much more sustainable.
I go to exercise classes 2 to 3 times a week at my local gym. I have stuck to my calories and included lots more fruit and veg!
Ngl gutted I can't see progress yet but I'm sure I will in time. Maybe I'll realise it when my belt size changes!
