It's encouraging... Carb Nite again tonight and I'm just going to eat what I fancy. I was doing a lot of peeing yesterday and I'm wondering if my body isn't now getting used to the idea there'll be a barrel load of carbs coming along tonight and preparing accordingly. Funny old things, bodies. I'm still 5lbs up on when I started CN but I am 62 (tomorrow anyway) so perhaps you wouldn't expect any reaction to happen as quickly as it would with someone younger.
