Hi everyone time to get serious
IF with one main meal balanced clean eating snack yoghourt & protein 😊 am swollen all over 🫣 wish me luck weighing everything from today
80 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ok IF 18 hours .. will continue counting 200g max cooked rice 100 g of protein and 100 g vegetables kidneys not great easy on protein … Snack protein yoghurt
