Not sure what to attribute this downward trend to because I'm not tracking food at all. I have been working out fairly consistently and have increased weight used in the workouts, so that's probably it! I would love to get down into the 140's, but we'll see!
70.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
