Lost some quick weight from intermittent fasting and extra walking. I’m at a .974 waist to hip ratio (38”/39”) and looking to get to under .95 (37”/39”). Unfortunately I don’t have control over where my body decides to take it off. Staying with 1600 calories Mediterranean.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
