Still hanging tough at 195, I feel good about that but I still need to break this plateau, and I know I will it is only a matter of time so I'm cool with that. My waist is still 32 and BF 15% so no worries.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
