Maybe swapping things up abit might help? Could try eating 4 to 5 meals a day every 3 hours. And drinking 2 litres of water (with 1/4 tsp of salt for electrolytes) within one hour. The water should help get things moving downwards again on the scales & also help flush you out if you're bunged up, especially if you're not getting in much fibre?

I don't eat regular meals, just when I'm hungry. I don't eat in the order things appear on my entries, for example, I just put them in where they're convenient. I was drinking tons of water but I stopped as it's boring and didn't seem to make any difference. I do fiber occasionally but I use MCT oil in my morning coffee, which increases my calorie count a bit I'd say, really should be including that on my charts. I'll do it when I've run out as I'll switch permanently then to coconut oil.
