3.2 loss is great! that's about 1.25 loss per week which within normal range. Recomp is definitely possible, if you compare last measurements to this months, you can see what's changing. You could start to add in small exercise, nothing over-the-top, to help with muscle maintenance. it is possible to loss muscle mass even with BBBE. It happened to me, I was carnivore from (ketovore-ish) 2020-(full carnie)2021. After my herniated discs and injured MCL from June 2021- September 2022, i started out 1x a month with my Physical therapy at home, then October 2022 was 2x a month, Nov 3x/month, Jan- Feb 2023 was 1x/week, which is when i started weightlifting regularly again. March-may 5x, june 6x, July 7x! Now, Aug, I aim for 8x!!
