Triumphant week on my challenge ! Lost another pound and mini challenges were 3/4 successful! Only went over RDI two days and by very small amounts. All other mini challengers were a success!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
