Seem to be sticking at the moment. Don't suppose taking Mother in law out for Mothers Day had anything to don't with it. My willpower goes to pot when I eat out 😜 Out again tonight for my friend's 60th birthday 🎂

Thats what happened to me too, I hit the same weight for about 4 wks but then i started to loose it again, dont worry, you still need to have a life and eat and drink just simply be more aware on the normal days. At least that's what I am trying to do.

Your lack of will power certainly shows in your weight graph Julie. Will power is a strange thing which Mother Nature did not issue to everybody. It is not easy to avoid situations which test will power but it is often the only way to succeed. The strange part is those with it are told they are lucky as they find it so easy to lose weight, NOT TRUE…we suffer like the rest we still have cravings with temptation. Those who do not have will power are often told they are weak and should resist temptation, cruel statement showing a lack of understanding with an inhumane attitude to a fellow human being. The good news is you can actually train yourself to improve your will power and it does not take long, this is how I did it. I am a confirmed chocoholic and could devour a full 3 lbs box of chocs in no time at all. I purchased a box put it in the kitchen OPEN with a note on it saying “you can not resist because you are too weak”. Each time I went in the kitchen I did take a chocolate proving the note correct and felt as guilty as hell after it, even though I enjoyed it. The more I ate the worse the guilty feeling was. It took two full boxes and several notes saying “I TOLD YOU SO” to stop me. Believe it or not I threw half the third box out due to the chocolates going bad. It worked for me it improved my will power 100% but I am not saying it will work for everyone. Good luck with your journey I hope you succeed.
