Even though it’s a pound up, I’m fairly pleased as I’ve been out a lot this week and enjoyed cocktails, wine, cake, meals and lunches out a rather large portion of fish and chips. But i between that I’ve been good cut right back to take these treats into account and trying to create a healthy balance.
