I don't think a weigh-in every week helps, I aim for once every 2-3 weeks, longer if I can hold out.... Also, what sort of diet are you on? Are you following an Atkins-type diet? I've noticed there is not a lot of green stuff in your diet.... Fruit, veg, pulses, carbs... for your body to do its thing it really needs to have all the optimal nutrients. What sort of exercise are you doing? I've recently lost a stone but it hasn't been easy. I've done a lot of cardio and basically got rid of any crap I was eating, I've been sticking to small portions and not having anything processed, or too much meat. Lots of water, it seems to be working. Good luck! Keep going!

it may be that the RDI is not low enough for you, these numbers are "average" so you may need to tweak to suit you, it can take time to find what suits you best, and yes there is a distinct lack of green stuff...lol

I don't like greens. I have some now and then in powder form. I'm deadlifting a few times a week sometimes. Mostly actually. I should have a basic home gym in place by the end of the coming week which should help. I'm going to do Stronglifts 5 x 5 if I can ever get the app downloaded and installed. I'm doing Carb Nite. I'm doing it as I've been LCing for years on and off and I've noticed quick and dirty overnight fat loss by eating late night carbs after days of LCing it. I want to be able to produce that to order. I'm doing the CN protocols because I've joined their FB group so when in Rome etc. It's frustrating but I do think I'm learning, it's good not to be in isolation.
