Went off the rails a bit yesterday, was ok at the amusement park but when I got home o had a couple glasses of wine and that always seems to trigger overeating. Today is another day and I need to concentrate more on drinking water since I failed at that yesterday. Getting a bunch of steps in today again because it’s flea market day. (Once a month)

Oh I always find fun stuff. Cheap hair ties, a small beaded dream catcher and a stone cat (really heavy) for my front yard decorations. I’m like the crazy cat lady but with outdoor cat yard decorations/statues. 😻😹
