I have been stable when I want to lose. But, considering my activity level has been so low from still recovering from being sick, I am not too miserable about it. I am starting to feel like I am ready to do more than just work and sleep. I am going to push myself this week to get to the gym a couple times and also workout at home.

My roses are gearing up for their next flood of blooms. I have hundreds and hundreds of buds. This flower is from one of my bushes getting ready to go again!

I hope you are having a good weekend. I am thankful for a day off!

Katsolo, I appreciate your words of wisdom... I'm not a very patient person with myself and tend to do stupid things when it comes to exercise sometimes. I did go for an 8 miler yesterday, but I didn't do the full ten of my normal route and I wasn't in a rush. I feel fine this morning and grateful I got away from home and stress and enjoyed my friends conversation and company. It sure felt like a victory to be able to move so much after feeling rotten for so long. Lifting weights and pushing to do strenuous things are a different story... I'll be careful. ☺️❤️

Take it slow and let your body heal! Walking or light weights until your lungs and body return to normal. I still have no endurance. I'll do the elliptical for 10 minutes and I'm breathing heavy .. That rose is gorgeous!🩷🩷
