door dashes yesterday for 9 hours. so sweatting all day, drank 112 oz of water to stay hydrated. was definitely a fun day 🥰 but now i woke up nauseated, low abdominal cramps and feeling the need to poo.... it hurts so im hoping drinking some water will help
