Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! 💜✨️ This is week 1 results of the BBB&E (beef, bacon, butter & egg) challenge. I have done mostly beef, some eggs, and, of course, grass-fed butter. Light on the bacon. I have eaten when physically hungry & eaten until satiety. That just naturally led to 18 - 21 hour IF'ing. For anyone wanting numbers, averages for this week: 1200 calories a day, 71% fat, 29% protein, and 0% carbs (3 actual carbs, which came from eggs). I smashed the 220's, weight 216.2. I haven't been under 220 in years. I'm trying to get my mind to recognize every time I get under a tens number as a goal, but all I can actually see is that first true goal of 175, then downward to 150. ANYWHOOO...
