38.0% b/f. Weight is dropping off at moment. 2 x 36hr fasts and high intensity training in gym means ive lost approx 4kg in a week. Do i do another 36hr fast today? hmm.. My new small target is 107.5kg as that is 16st 13lbs. first time scale would say 16st something..
