38.4% b/f evening weigh in. went gym twice today, did 2 lots of hot tub and 1 sauna session lol. also did weights 2 lots of swimming 36 lengths and 16 lengths, and 5 mins high intensity on rower. got home and did 10000 steps walking. also on 42hr fast, just on hr 30 at moment. im knackered but at lowest weight and body fat. Cant wait for normal morningweigh in. Nighty night, im back at gym in morning.. 5:45am alarm call.. Zzzz Zzzzz, Zzzzz..
110.4 kg Lost so far: 25.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
