Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! 💜 ✨️ I hadn't planned on taking measurements until August 1st, which would have been 1 month, but since I am starting the BBB&E challenge today, I decided to go ahead and take them. So... 3 weeks progress:
waist: 46, -3" 🤩
underbust: 42 1/2, -1" 😁
l bicep: 16 1/4, -1/2" 🙂
r bicep: 16 3/4, -1/4" 🙂
hips: 45, -2" 🙂
both thighs: 26, -3/4" 🙂
knees: 18 1/2, -1" 😁
calves: 18 1/4, -1/2" 🙂
neck: 15, -3/4" 😁
A total of 10lbs & 9 3/4" in 3 weeks overall in the places I measured. Not bad...
Anywhooo... Have a great day, ALL & keep fighting the good fight! 😘
100.6 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, YOH. I've released 36 lbs from the beginning, in 9 1/2 weeks. I only wish I would have taken measurements from the start.

Z have you taken photos? I wish i had done this last July when i started but i started taking pix in September on the 1st of every month either naked or in underwear front, back and side. These have been really helpful in visually seeing progress tho it took about 4 months to see very noticeable progress which was probably about 35 pounds or so. I made a journal in my photo library and called it fat journey. My journey isn’t over but it’s really rewarding to see where i was (but didnt acknowledge nor see purposely) to where i am now. Hope this helps for you. It was tough to do but I figured if i didnt look at what i had done to myself I wouldn’t do as well.

YOH... Thanks for the advice. I have 1 progress pic in my journal on here from a few weeks ago, but not really good ones. The beginning pic was actually taken & posted to FB without my knowledge. It was shocking to see when I saw it the next day! 🫣 As we discussed before, pics REALLY weren't my thing. I haven't taken any underwear pics. I will have to get a long mirror for those. They haven't been a thing in my house for a while either. 🫣😆

WAIT, GUYS! I forgot I had 2 thighs, knees, & calves! 🤣 That would be -12 inches. 😁

Z i had my hubs take them. I didnt post them here i kept them in my own private camera library. Maybe one day i will be brave enough to do a before and after but…will have to see. They are still tough to look at. I felt so ill so often.

@Erika... Thanks, buddy! 🙂 I just commented on your post. Other than the time restricted eating, I'm really not sure. I want to get in a 72 hour fast weekly for autrophagy, but I want to see how things go in the challenge first. Yesterday, I had 1 meal (good size ribeye) & could only really force a small snack (1 pickled egg) for dinner. If I continue to be able to only take in that amount a day, I may not do extended fasting during the challenge. That may be a bit much (... or little, rather). -1lb this morning, but I'm only going to post an official weigh-in weekly.

I'm still getting used to this. I think getting back to 2 meals today will help me sort out the hunger signaling.

Do whatever feels right to you, Erika. +6 this morning from yesterday. Probably all of the sodium in those 12 slices of bacon I had for dinner. I'm not complaining, my body probably needed it. Still -4 from total.

LOL reminds me of the pic about trying to make coffee before having coffee...I can so relate. This morning I grabbed my cup and put it under the Keurig and hit the button.....light brown water came out. I forgot to put the pod in and it was doing a second round on hubbys used pod....ugh!

Right, Deb! 😆 The hubby woke my up this morning out of a dead sleep to make him coffee before him heading out to work. He doesn't do it often, but I totally can't complain. He is the "bread" winner, pun intended...lol. I really should be getting up to make him a 5 ⭐️ breakfast before he leaves. Poor thing, working out in that heat all week!

I am really keeping my 👁 on that pork though. I noticed a small gain from pork only last weekend.
