Had a very busy night at work so I never even had time for lunch last night. I had planned on walking on lunch break. Then this morning, we had a work meeting with breakfast. I thought I did pretty well with a healthy western omelet and I even stayed away from the hash browns toast and gravy. Time to step it up and do better I guess.
156.2 kg Lost so far: 34.3 kg.    Still to go: 83.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like you did very well. We all have those occasions when we have to skip a meal and/or are faced with limited choices. But you are really doing very well.
