Slight drop, I'll take it. My weight appears to be back on track, the shift appears to be working.

Workout last night was legs, dead lifts, hack squats, one leg lunges, hamstring curls, one leg step up, tire flips and leg presses. Very tiring, I was sweating like crazy. I'm a little sore this morning but not bad. My body is finally getting used to this type of workout.
