Weight up just a bit but I am still happy. I got up speedwalked 1/3 of a mile last night during my lunch hour. I know it doesn't sound like much but that is a lot more than I could have done a week ago. I am going to try for 1/2 mile tonight. Thanks for all the support from my buddies on here.
155.6 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 83.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
