Scales showed me 4 different results, so I’ll try one more time tomorrow 😬 anyway it’s not so bad after two weeks of holiday eating lol
54.8 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
