Back to my lowest weight for this round of loss. It appears the extra protein helps keep me feeling full longer than fats without the Calorie hit. Like I always say, it's what works for an individual. If I had some magic formula that worked for everyone I would share it or sell it. Unfortunately I don't and we all have to find what works for us and as our body adjusts we may have to change it up a little.

Last night was a few situps, assisted pull-ups and some light cardio. An easy workout night. Tonight is leg night with the trainer which should be fun (and maybe painful at times).
