The last 2 weeks I've been out of town a good bit and mostly estimating my calories. I've still tracked but I've definitely not stayed in a deficit most days. I'm actually surprised the scale didn't go up. I did continue to practice most of the good habits that I've been working on. Getting 8-10k steps every day, sleeping at least 7 hrs. and (mostly) choosing healthy food options. I still feel pretty good about where I'm at in my journey. I don't have any set timeline as to when I'll reach my goal. I'll get there eventually.
