No weight change for a couple days. I'm not concerned, I just think it is funny, because I cannot be exactly, to the oz the same. Scales... well mine anyway. 🙄

Below is not FS related but life:

Today one of my sons leaves for Germany to visit friends. He is on summer break from studying electrical engineering. This is his third trip and he will be gone five weeks. He is fairly fluent in German, since he has also been studying German for years at the university. I am so happy for him to be reunited with friends and let go of some of the stress of constant study. His departure opens up a room for a while, but I think our tent dwellers (one of our daughters and her husband are working close by for the summer, so they stay here part of each week... our girl almost all week) are quite used to their fresh air, roomy accommodations. A nephew from Canada is planning to visit with his friend, so we will have a bit of space for them! The pair of girls who joined our family last summer may stay with us after university starts up again. They can share the same commute as the lad now headed across the "pond." Our oldest girl has another few months, and her hard work to pay off her Masters will be done! Not too shabby since it is just over a year since she graduated. Living with many sure allows keeping expensive housing limited! She will be gone before we know it... but hopefully not far, since her fiance is close by! 😁

Blah... I wrote a book. It's my day off today. I'm so glad to not be working. I'm still not feeling good. I'll take my lad to the airport, try to rest, and face work again tomorrow.

I know he'll be missed, but it's definitely not an empty nest over there. 😉

I drove him down super early (a daughter accompanied me too 🙂). It is a good thing we got there in plenty of time, since the lines were horrid... Worst I've ever seen! In September it will be hubby and me heading out on an adventure! I'm really looking forward to going! Our nest will be empty out in time, and I'll miss my people. 😢 Enjoying the time we have together!
