Hi everyone
I’ve decided to go slow & steady with my weight loss journey at my own pace I will not go for weight loss injection or any other weight loss aid because it won’t last for someone like me … having to deal with problematic family members constantly and constantly on edge I’ve contacted several gyms in my area … hoping to find one that will take me on without a letter from GP … I’ve decided to be sensible if I lose 1kg per month am happy will not go for a restrictive eating diet will have all food groups along side IF it’s time to accept myself with all its imperfections ….
80 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

more likely to keep it off if you go slowly and your body and mind gradually adjust to a slightly lower calorie intake. wishing you well 🙏
