@Lady It's my ADD. 🤣 Hyperfocused 🤣 I will be looking forward to the maintenance discussion! 🤣 ...but 🤫 I just passed the quiz, not the exam! 😆 I hope it's not just a fluke! 🤞🤞🤞 This is basically what I was doing before when I just called it HFLC & KETO, without knowing it though. I had never heard of carnivore back then. I wasn't leaving out veggies on purpose back then, I just despised them.

@Lady I can remember back then... before I started my journey, the Dr had told me that I had 6 months to get my cholesterol down or she was going to put me on meds for it (I was already on high blood pressure, anxiety, & depression meds & was borderline diabetic). I remember starting out with a VERY low fat, VERY low calorie diet with LOTS of fasting (I was always starving) & was killing myself with Jillian Michael's videos. My weight STILL stalled. Then, someone (on FB...I think) inboxed me telling me about LCHF. I started researching. I ended up switching diets, and the weight fell off effortlessly. When I went back to the Dr, she was in shock at my loss & asked me what I was doing. I told her I was drinking butter in my coffee & eating whole packs of bacon. She about lost her sh!t! 🤣 She demanded that I start coming every month for blood work. Every month, everything got better & better. ALL of my numbers improved & I came off ALL of my meds! She was in TOTAL SHOCK! 🫠
