Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! 💜 ✨️ I treated myself to a whole lb of grass-fed hamburger meat w/chs for our 4th of Jully celebration. I cooked mine on the inside while everyone else ate off of the grill so I could savor all of the juicy goodness. 😋 I hope you have a wonderful day! 🙂
104.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

Yep, Deb, at least I know now that red meat (or fat) isn't the problem. I should have known that from my past, but as we know alot of that was forgotten. I tried to go vegan once for spiritual reasons, but I JUST COULD NOT! Looking back, that was part of my problem for falling off too. I felt like such a failure. (See C2B last post...lol...WHEW...That was such an AMAZING unexplainable experience!) So many things occurred all at once back then...lol.

@StormGirl It was AMAZING!!! I almost drank the juices. 🤪🙂 It had been so long since I had grass-fed beef that I had forgotten how much better it tasted. I had some extra 💰 left over this week, so I INVESTED in more. #PRIORITIES 🙂

@Erika Thanks, but there was no fasting before this drop. Just 2 days of eating carnivore to satiety. My food journal is 💯% recorded & an open book.
