Gained for the week but outside of stepping up on the vodka intake I started lifting weights for 3 hours a week. They say that muscle weighs more than body fat so I'm still on track.

My waist size decreased by almost an inch so I'm pretty pumped.
83.2 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
