Hi everyone
Having a bit of a tough day stress a bit high hope can sort out the massive bill have to pay … No fault of my own no use dwelling … expecting a call back will see … doing intermittent fasting and calorie controlled low carb but no weight loss in two days feel stuck want to be in 70s range again … any suggestion on speeding weight loss other than exercise ( can’t do it) the fasting period is 18 hours …. Help !

81.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Arranged payments will be a bit tight this month… but at least it’s sorted …. 18 hour fast leftovers & ordered some chicken wings will have some rice today 60g hopefully get me out of plateau will see haven’t eaten yet …. Stressful day but ended well xx luv u all
