Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! 💜 Weightloss is slowing a bit. This is the part where I normally get REALLY frustrated & give in. NOT THIS TIME, because I've decided to get healthy to lose weight, not lose weight to get healthy (one of the YouTube doctors I listen to says this). ...also the wonderful support I receive here has helped TREMENDOUSLY! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! 😘 I've lost 26 lbs (highest weight not recorded) in about a month. Whew... That must have been a lot of fluid/inflammation from all of the junk I was eating. I know I still have some of that needs to go, too, because of the imprints that clothing makes on me, especially on my lower half. When I get up in the mornings, I can even tell if my sheet was wrinkled because there will be imprints on my legs. So, taking that to the battlefield! Today will be a good day, because I said so! 😌🧘‍♀️ 💃 Have a great one, all!!! 😊

SN... Everyone has their own version of what eating healthy looks like. I don't surcomb to the idea that saturated fat is unhealthy at all. On the other hand, things that some others consider as healthy, I don't. To each their own...

Our WOE differs in that I still eat wheat flour and trace sugar. Your keto really keeps you burning fat even on your eating days. Stay the course, your body is your champion 🙂

Thank you, Lady! 😊 😘 💖 I'm really not having any cravings at all. It can get frustrating when the scale stops showing progress, though. I think I will stop relying on it so much & weighing so often. When I lost weight on keto before, I was still 145 lbs at 5'5", but I was wearing a size 4/5. Maybe it's time to take some measurements. 🙂 You are THE REAL champ! 🏆 I don't know how you manage to fast when you refeed with wheat & trace sugars. It would KILL me! I would LITERALLY die! 😆 You are AMAZING!!! 😘

Zen, that is why I weigh weekly only, it does get discouraging and no matter what you tell yourself consciously. That evil little voice in the back of your head tells you that you are lacking, that you are not enough.......I silence that voice by not feeding it.
