So, after the pandemic, getting pregnant after 13 years TTC, then being seriously injured giving birth, I'm almost as heavy as I was at what I'm calling my absolute heaviest. I have PCOS so losing weight isn't the easiest thing. But it also means I'm at a higher than average risk of developing diabetes, something my blood work is starting to point towards. Plus, my little girl is 2 now and I don't want her being bullied for having a fat mum. So here I am. The weather here is horrific which wont help with anything, but I've done it before (went from 19 stone 9 to 12 stone 6) so I know I can do it again
