Hi everyone ….
I’ve pulled my socks up decided to take the bull by the horns so I’ve learned from past mistakes what works what doesn’t work … so on a low carb diet my own take what is sustainable am taking each day as it comes with the diet & toe issue … positive mind set …. I shall become the best version of myself pls keep me in your thoughts …sending u love and positive thoughts ❤️❤️❤️
82.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
