Refeed day 1. No worries, expected. That was a wonderful ribeye yesterday. Bacon, eggs, cucumber, blueberries... 🙂 Stayed within my macros. There is no real plan for today through Sunday other than to stay within my macros and not to eat after 6 or 7 pm. Other than that, I will eat when hungry. That will probably naturally end up being some sort of small fast because I don't normally do breakfast. My hunger usually occurs in the afternoon, evening, and late night. Have an awesome day, FS WARRIORS!!! 🙂💜

Well, turns out that my nephew (who is joining me on my journey & is a marvelous cook) is cooking dinner tonight. Some sort of low carb Alabama white sauce chicken on the grill with cabbage steaks. It's supposed to be done around 5. I will save all of my macros until then. So, I will end up with about a 24 hour fast. I also picked up some more fresh local tomatoes 🍅. Love them! 🤤

That's great! I would PAY GOOD MONEY for someone to cook around here besides me and join me in my efforts to get healthy, the best I can hope for is DH to always be available to eat my bread, croutons etc. when we go out for dinner somewhere. That is a blessing to a person who is a card carrying member of the Clean Plate Club and can't stand to waste food.

@Debra I know that's right! 😆 I was raised that you don't waste food by ALL of the elders in my family. One of my grandmothers would even make me even go take a poop (or try to) and come back and finish my food. My other grandmother, who lived on a fixed income, always managed to send some money to the children in Africa. Her famous line was, "The children in Africa would love to have that". We eat lots of left overs here and what we don't eat at least go to the animals. I have cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, guineas, & rabbits. We used to have sheep. I truly miss them!
