Just back from holiday in Norfolk. Hotel breakfasts and evening meals. Ice cream at the seafront, cream teas etc.
So not surprized I have gained a teeny wee bit from last weigh-in :-)
But am surprized it was just a teeny wee bit!
Back to the old discipline now.
