Anxiety and stress result in overactive bladder so maybe it was water weight? Did my first 10 minute strength training workout in a year. Starting off slow for sure
71.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
