Weigh-in today! I guess I can't complain about the slow going. I have everything going against me. I've read over and over how hard it is for graveyard workers to drop weight and they aren't kidding! I worked 64 grave hrs this week and only 1 lb of fat gone! I followed my under twenty carbs, drank my water and even began exercising...if only for 15 minutes. The best part is that I felt good and had the energy needed for my job.
I had to stop exercising because my knee was weak...probably from sitting for extended periods of time. I hate that about my job. Sitting. Sitting. Sitting!
