Last couple weekends weren’t good for me drinking and eating and logging. Going to take a break from alcohol for a while, not sure how long. Have a lot of stress and change in my life right now and I think I need to be more focused. Having lack of sleep and that has a domino effect on everything else. Trying not to stress and be anxious but it’s difficult.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Been in the same boat and I’m going to limit my alcohol to Friday nights (I have dinner with my grandma and we always have a glass of wine together) but honestly I’ve noticed that not only does it affect my weight but it definitely doesn’t help my mood or my stress the next day and I’m even crankier than I am without it. You are not alone friend, you got this!

Thanks for the encouragement, good to know I am not alone. I have gone years without drinking so it isn’t a big deal to take a break for a while, just had to take a step back and make that decision.
