Still stuck at 151! I added add'l exercise, and started using a stretching app to hopefully (knock on wood) avoid injuries. I walked/jogged 5.5 miles so far this week and did a 16-mile bike ride down the coast tonight with my riding gals. I am not yet in cycling shape, so it was a little harder than usual! (That and maybe because I had a Big Mac for lunch)? I know, tsk-tsk. BUT, I was starving, didn't plan well (which is my key to staying on track!) and knew if I didn't, I'd just obsess and make myself miserable...then ultimately end up getting one tomorrow. All told, I still am -500 and something calories for the day. 😎 Looking filorward to Fri. FS Peeps!
