Nice trip to Luxembourg. Walked a lot - ate a lot more! Aggravated my old hip injury which is concerning. Taking it easy this week, concentrate on eating good and sorting my hip out.
83 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
