Weekend was challenging - but allowed myself some "cheatin' room" and kept to everything else. Gained a little, but it is okay since I'm going to keep going with the walking - hopefully every day. I need to weigh in less frequently, but it is hard to do!
84.9 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
