Wow, that's a lot of weight gain in such a short time! ☹️
131.2 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 70.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

weight gain is not necessarily fat gain 😉

Very true, muscle weighs more than fat and I have a scales that shows both. My weight has been the same for a week but the fat has decreased while muscle has increased. Also, remember it takes a while for the brain to get the message from the stomach that it is full. Before deciding you need to eat more, give it about 20 minutes then see if you still want more. This was a huge change for me when I realised that I had been overeating because I thought I was still hungry the first time I used this app. I managed to lose 25kg (4 stones) then but have slipped a little so back on it to get the weight under control again 🙂
