Hello everybody. I am really happy this week as I managed to lose 1.5 kg ( for me, it never happened before as I managed to lose a maximum 500 gr ). But this is different. Maybe it is something to do with my new morning routine ( before breakfast on the empty stomach, I am drinking a glass of water with 20 gr of chia seeds and a little bit of lemon juice . And 30 minutes after I had chia seeds water only, then I can start eating breakfast). Does anyone else have this chia seed water in the mornings for loosing weight? Overall, I am a very happy bunny 🐰 this week 😁
93.9 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done! However, the only thing that makes you loose weight is calorie deficit. There is no chia seed magic, I'm afraid. But if it makes you feel full and as a result you consume less food then keep doing that :)

Evymay, yes, you are totally correct. There is no magic for a weight loss. But sence this my experiment with the chia seed water with some of lemon juice I do eat less of food and do not overdoing in snacking. It also helps to empty bowels on the regular basis now. So, I can see benefits of drinking this water. And, yes, I am happy that my weight is starting going down.
