I go back and forth, this time I'm promising myself to exercise at least 3 times a week, and stop with the candy and bad food.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

I do it too. I finally decided to make reasonable promises to myself so I don't have the added negativity of guilt when I can't keep them. Instead of promising to just "work-out" x amount a week, I promise to go fishing with my boyfriend or walk the dog 2 more times a week, etc. If my activity goals effect someone else, I'm more motivated to do it. Keep up the positive attitude! :)

I found that I cannot entirely give up my guilty pleasures; but, as long as I limit those pleasures (which makes them even more pleasurable) and exercise my food-loving ass off, my yoyo effect isn't as drastic. Like demon midget said, Keep the positive attitude! And, if you ever feel you're lacking motivation and/or support, bring to FS.
