ok so this first bit was just weight i put on two weeksnago on holiday so i knew it would level out but i need to stay focused. i am following slimming world but without going as i used to go and did really well (needless to say i did not keep it up as a lifestyle choice which i should have)

drink more water
10k steps a day is a must
78.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
