Have been gradually building up my fitness levels with yoga and youtube workouts plus walking this year and now ready to tackle my other fitness goal of running. Have done three over the last week. The first two just testing the waters but the third I aimed to run (jog) continuously for 20 minutes. Managed to cover 3.5km which I'm very proud of. Going to sign up for a 5k run to keep me motivated. Aiming for a run 2 to 3 times a week with yoga 4 to 5 times and 2 times youtube workouts (combination of weights and hiit)
90.5 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

great motivation! I myself half a year ago could run a maximum of a kilometer, and then I switched to a step, as there was shortness of breath. but regular workouts (every other day) and the right pulse helped me reach a fairly acceptable pace. It's not fast, but gradually the pace increases by itself, and now after 3-4 weeks the average pace for the same distance will be 1-1.5 minutes less, which inspires even more)

Motivation is great keydgars! I'm definitely not fast. My son was able to walk almost at the same speed as my jog 😅 but I'm gonna keep going and hope my pace picks up with my distance!
