Disappointed, but between a week of holiday and a week of industrial action, I'm not surprised. I'm very good when I'm good and find that easy to do during the work week, but I'm very sociable, go out a lot for dinner and drinks and on those days I don't usually track. When it's 1 day a week, it's my treat and when it's not, this happens! working 7 days this week (including the last 2) and 6 the week after so will surely get back on it!
