Big race tomorrow! 13.1 miles with 3M Half Marathon -- what I have been training for this past fall. And I reached the goal weight that I had set for myself, even a little bit below it. Yay! And tomorrow and Monday are free days that I can eat as I need to, within reason. Nothing crazy. No drinking. What's a heavy duty protein and maybe some carbs.
