I’ve gained some back but I was a little too unhealthy when 110 so I’m not too upset about it. But on the bright side I finally got a gym membership and intend on staying fit the right way this time.
55.1 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

I recommend next time when you feel like you’re overeating that you lift weights in the process. That way when you decide to diet down again you’d be in a better position than last time. It’s ok to go up n down but make it count
